Hi, I’m Chris.

"Space is the place," as the great Sun Ra once said. He is a hero of mine because he understood that the outer reaches of the cosmos are merely a mirror for the vast, unexplored territory within. Right now, something inside you is likely making itself known. It might arrive as a restless vibration, a creative drought, or a quiet signal from the body that the current of your life has lost its way. My work is not about fixing a broken machine, but about slowing down long enough to hear the deeper resonance beneath the noise. My own path was forged through a journey of remembering, beginning with a traumatic brain injury that shattered my sense of self and led me through years as a touring musician and writer. It eventually brought me to the study of ancient forms of healing, from the improvisational devotion of North Indian Raga to the transformative depths of West African plant medicine. These experiences taught me that the muse is not reserved for the artist; it is the vital life force that lives in every human soul, waiting to be unburdened.

At the core of my work is a commitment to honoring the whole person through the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I believe that music, creativity, and somatic resonance are the primary portals to the unconscious wisdom we all carry. In our sessions, we do not simply recount the facts of your story. Instead, we listen to how that story vibrates within your nervous system in the present moment. By turning inward with compassionate ears, we lean into the silence between thoughts to discover an intelligence that exists far beyond the rational mind. This is a process of coming into alignment with the self by using a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Hakomi somatic therapy, and mindfulness based practices to befriend the parts of you that have been forced into hiding. Whether we are navigating the echoes of trauma or exploring the expansive terrain of non ordinary states of consciousness through cannabis assisted therapy, sound, and breath, we are working to restore a fundamental trust in your own intuition.

A unique aspect of my practice is group work, where these experiential sessions use collaborative musical expression as a powerful path toward self discovery. By entering into collective musical cohesion, we explore the sense of self through sound, rhythm, and attuned interaction. This work builds confidence in authentic expression, strengthens intuitive listening, and can access powerful states of consciousness, like trance, ecstasy, and flow, that support self healing and insight. Deeply steeped in transpersonal counseling, I also offer specialized psychedelic integration support and hold training through Beckley Academy and Grof Legacy Training in Holotropic Breathwork.

I provide a brave container for those navigating creative blocks, neurodivergence, or the delicate process of integration. I invite you to step into a space where the psychological and the sacred meet, where we can move together toward a state of flow and expressive freedom. Together, we will create the conditions for your truth to unfold naturally, allowing you to return to your own original frequency and step into the world with a renewed sense of belonging. It is time to stop navigating the noise alone and start listening to the truth of who you already are.
